Our Story

At DriveWise BC, our journey began 50 years ago when Arthur and Pat Harris opened their first driver training center. Over the decades, DriveWise BC has evolved and grown, embracing innovative teaching methods and advanced technology to provide the best driver education in British Columbia. Today, under the leadership of Kate Harris, we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence and safety on the road.

Our Achievements and Recognitions

DriveWise BC has been recognized for its excellence in driver training, winning numerous awards over the years. We were honored to train over 4,000 volunteer drivers for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, a testament to our high standards and expertise. Our programs are ICBC-approved, ensuring our students meet all necessary requirements to obtain their BC driver’s license.

Driving School Code of Conduct

DriveWise BC adheres to all principles and guidelines set out by the Driver Training Industry Code of Conduct. This code has been established to communicate the principles and guidelines for proper conduct of Driver Training Instructors, Driver Training Schools, and Instructor Training Facilities licensed under Division 27 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations.
